No matter what event you're planning, K Universe Weddings has you covered! See below for what services I offer.

Coordination

This is my base service, available to everyone. It includes:

Check-ins to discuss event details at (minimum) 60, 30, and 7 days prior to your event
Rehearsal management at venue space (if the venue allows; they may choose the date and time)
Advice on functional floorplans and timelines; along with two custom timeline printouts that match your theme/colors (one for guests and one for vendors)
Set-up and Tear-down of decor
Unlimited communication

*For guest counts above 100, a fee of $25 per additional 50 guests will be applied (Example: 200-250 guests=$75)

When you want a little more than just coordination, choose the

add-on services that fit your needs. These options will tack onto the coordination service. Some options you can choose from are:

Design assistance (invitations, welcome signs, etc.)
Rent/Purchase decor on your behalf
Select/Secure vendors/venue
Personalized planning guide (with monthly check-ins)
Additional event (a second event in combination with the first; must be booked at the same time)
Custom service (have something in mind that isn't listed here?)
